Broward County School Board Pre-Qualification Recommendation

SUBJECT: RECOMMENDATION TO APPROVE CONTRACTOR PRE-QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATION

Dear Mr. Charles:

This letter shall certify that on December 20, 2016, The School Board of Broward County, Florida (SBBC) approved certification of Ceepco Contracting, LLC as a pre-qualified contractor in State General, with a per project limit of
$2,500,000 and an aggregate limit of $4,500,000. As such, your firm has certain rights and privileges according to School Board Policy 7003, including the following:

¥ The right to submit bids up to the per project and aggregate limits approved by SBBC.
¥ Contractor Pre-Qualification Certification for one year from the date of SBBC approval.
¥ Annual renewal of your firm's certification by submission of updated information within thirty (30) days of receipt of notification.

In the event the status of your firm changes, your firm is required to notify, in writing, the Office of Supplier Diversity & Outreach Program of the updated information. Failure to report changes that affect the ownership and control of your firm may result in revocation of your certification. Inaddition, your firm is subject to periodic performance evaluations that could result in delinquency and may, furthermore, result in suspension or revocation of your pre-qualified status.

To request a change in your firm's pre-qualification status, pertinent documentation is required to justify the requested action, including but not limited to, proof of expertise, licensure, and business history.

Please be advised that Contractor Pre-Qualification Certification is not a guarantee_!hat your firm will receiv work.
