CEEPCO’s President has served as the Environmental Coordinator for the DC Air National Guard at Andrews Air Force Base, as an Environmental Protection Specialist for the Department of the Army Pollution Prevention Division at The Pentagon, as the Environmental Officer for FEMA Headquarters, Response and Recovery Directorate and a lead Environmental Engineer for the Environmental Protection Agency Office of Solid Waste.
